Created by our own personal Chef, this is the perfect family picnic.  Presented in classic style with on hand painted steel plates, we can serve this in the shade of the ponderosa forests on the edge of Grand Canyon, or on a high ridge overlooking the Painted Desert, or atop an extinct volcano, or wherever you’d like.
