Itinerary Planning Fees are $250.00 and up, depending on the complexity of the package being created.

Upon receiving the initial request from an agent or client, Touch the Southwest develops a Package Outline for the client to consider. This outline includes; a general description of the package (not a specific detailed itinerary), along with activity recommendations, types of lodging included, and an estimate of package pricing.

At no time do we ever itemize or break down packages and pricing into the individual components.

If the client decides to continue having us develop their trip we then ask for a nonrefundable Planning Fee of $250 which will be applied to the final cost of the trip in the event they book with us. For this Planning Fee the client receives; a detailed Itinerary Outline complete with in depth activity descriptions, specific lodging recommendations, and exact pricing quote. The Planning Fee also includes any changes and modifications that might be necessary to meet the clients exacting requirements.

Please note that this Planning Fee is separate from the Reservation Fee listed under Cancellation Polices.
